Read Before You Order

I've basically been forced to put together an F.A.Q. because of the amount of emails I get asking the same questions. Here goes...

How long will my order take to arrive?

We ship out weekly, every Monday. If you live in the UK you should get your order within a week, sometimes slightly later though. This country is notorious for it's god awful postal service and postmen like to steal things.

If you live outside the UK then please take into consideration that your purchased items will have to go through several countries postal systems and travel really far using obscure transport methods. Chances are it will have floated to your respective continent on a door then shipped to your house by a guy on a bike riding through mountains and shit. So please allow up to 48 days for international orders before you email us asking angry questions.

My order didn't arrive after the times stated above...

If this is the case then please let us know. We offer a recorded delivery option that can be used as a way of ensuring your order reaches you. Unfortunately if you do not pay for recorded delivery and choose to risk standard postage then we can't replace missing items or be held responsible. If you do use recorded delivery and your item doesn't reach you then let us know and we'll track it down.

My purchase arrived broken!

Send us photos of the damage and we'll send you a new one, even though it was most likely your postman's fault. They're mostly a bunch of short wearing cunts who steal and break things because their jobs make them feel bitter towards the general population.

You sent me the wrong items!

We're only humans, we make mistakes. By the way, every time I said 'we' in this F.A.Q. I mean 'I', because it's me who takes care of this store. If I sent you the wrong CD/shirt/whatever then please email me and I'll arrange an exchange, or I might just let you keep the wrong item and send the right one too, I'm nice sometimes.

I don't like the item you sent me even though it's what I ordered.

Get to fuck, if this is the case then don't buy things you don't want. I get so many emails from people moaning that the other tracks on an album don't sound like the ones they have on their Myspace, it's called diversity, get over it. If a t-shirt doesn't look 100% like the mockup in our store then that's because they're not actual photos of the shirts. It would be hard for me to position them on a white background so that the creases all line up in the exact same way.

This is rather bitter. Why is that?

I get sick of angry emails from people who only ordered their CD a few hours ago. If you're polite and treat me like a fellow human being who is providing a service to you (and I might add that I make absolutely no money from this at all) then I will treat you with respect and help you out and probably give you loads of freebies to compensate you. If you treat me like shit I will be unhelpful and probably rub my genitals on your t-shirts*

Who are you?

My name is Daneel, I run this label and I do every aspect of running it. This means sometimes I get overwhelmed and make minor errors. I'm a nice guy and I put every penny and spare minute I get into this label to make sure that bands I think deserve attention get it. I'm a nice guy and I care a lot about the music I put out. Take that into consideration before you send me hate mail :D

* I'm only kidding, that would get me in lots of trouble.
